Yes, we have established relationships with a variety of vendors and can help you select the best options for your event.
ASAP! INVENTORY IS LIMITED. Please email us to reserve your items as soon as possible! Items are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We book up quickly.. especially October-May!! However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, so feel free to reach out even if your event is coming up soon.
We charge one delivery fee that includes delivery, setting up items where desired and picking up. The delivery fee starts at $100, but varies depending on factors including mileage/distance from warehouse location.
Will Call / Customer Pick Up is available for certain items. Most of our items cannot be picked up as they require special assembly.
There are no cancellations once you make a reservation.
You can reschedule your event up to 48 hours of your event if there is an emergency or weather change. We do not offer refunds, but can be flexible on rescheduling your event. Thank you.
We ask that you return the items in the same condition as when you received them. For most items, light cleaning (e.g., wiping down surfaces) is appreciated, but we handle all major cleaning.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. A non-refundable fee is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due a day before the event date.
We absolutely understand accidents can happen! If any items are damaged or lost, you'll be charged for replacement or repair costs based on the item's value.
We primarily service the Greater Phoenix area, but we also offer delivery to surrounding areas. If your event is outside our usual service area, please contact us, so we can accordingly make arrangements.
